16th – 22nd October 2017Taste Cork

Create dishes, menus & events inspired by Cork produce, history & culture.

Taste Cork Week will be a countywide celebration of the outstanding food & drink Cork has to offer. Restaurants, pubs and cafes are invited to join in and create their very own ‘Taste Cork’ experience.

We would love you to be as creative as possible with your menus and events, and even pull together in creating unique and memorable food experiences. If you’re a producer and would like to get involved, let us know and we can match you with a participating venue.

Following on from last year’s success, we are delighted to announce that Taste Cork Week will this year be teaming up with Diageo and Guinness Jazz Festival to bring you an extended Taste Jazz special running from 23rd to 26th October, with more details to follow.

We can’t wait to hear your ideas! For further details please email taste@festivalcork.com
